Pat's private teaching studio at his home: an indoor simulator bay with a launch monitor, so every swing comes with ball speed, spin, launch and club path. The address is in your booking confirmation.

Have a home net, a simulator or a club where outside instructors are welcome? Pat travels anywhere within about 30 miles of Dobson Ranch. On-site lessons are $100 plus a travel fee by zone.

- One travel fee per visit. Golfers who book back-to-back at the same address split it.
- 60-minute minimum, 90 minutes in Zone 3.
- You provide the space: a net, a simulator or range access. Any guest or range fees are yours, and private clubs usually need to approve an outside instructor first.
